Cleats/Footwear
Molded plastic cleats not exceeding 2 inches, turf shoes or running shoes are permitted.
All players must clean their cleats from dirt before walking on the field.
Metal cleats and screw in plastic cleats are forbidden.

The Tournament will be using the Saint John Co-Ed Touch Rugby League (SJTRL) Rules:

The rules are based off the Federation of International Touch (F.I.T.) Rules as a guideline:

* Only 4 Co-Ed Teams
* 12 Players Max/Team
* Players must be 18+
* Mixture of Rugby Skills (New, Current and Retired)
* Must have at least 2 Female Players on the Roster
* Try to limit the Current Players to only 2-3 to ensure Teams will have a mixture of Skill Level
* E-Transfer Payments to saintjohntouchrugby@gmail.com
TEAM REGISTRATION
$150 per Team with a max of 12 Players

***All Individual Players will be put into a Player Pool. If a Team requires a player, they can be selected from the Player Pool. At that time, $15 will be required to confirm your spot***
