Cleats/Footwear
Molded plastic cleats not exceeding 2 inches, turf shoes or running shoes are permitted.

All players must clean their cleats from dirt before walking on the field.
​
Metal cleats and screw in plastic cleats are forbidden.

The Tournament will be using the Saint John Co-Ed Touch Rugby League (SJTRL) Rules:

The rules are based off the Federation of International Touch (F.I.T.) Rules as a guideline:

TEAM
MAKEUP
* Only 4 Co-Ed Teams
​
* 12 Players Max/Team
* Players must be 18+
* Mixture of Rugby Skills (New, Current and Retired)
* Must have at least 2 Female Players on the Roster
​
* Try to limit the Current Players to only 2-3 to ensure Teams will have a mixture of Skill Level
​
* E-Transfer Payments to saintjohntouchrugby@gmail.com
TEAM REGISTRATION
$150 per Team with a max of 12 Players
